The project of this house, located in the surroundings of Como lake, consisted in the internal and external renovation of the house and its interior design. The conditions of the area were very degraded, total abandonment, so was necessary a restore of all external structures and systems.
For what concerns the interior design, the intervention developed keeping a contemporary style, to meet the needs of the customer, who would obtain a house with a sumptuous atmosphere, but at the same time that transmits a feeling of comfort and calm.
The key element of the project concept was to create a continuity between the structure and the context, using light colors and natural materials, in harmony with the surrounding green spaces: a pleasant, cozy and elegant place to live.
The harmony between the residence and nature was developed through the use of glass walls. Transparency is indeed the fundamental element of this realization: through the windows, the project interacts with the context and takes part in it. The Importance of glass returns also in the furnishings: the dining room table has a transparent surface has an Avir pendant, made in white Murano glass, just above. The kitchen instead enjoys a touch of color given by the orange glass of our Spillray lamps, in pendant and wall version.
A simple design, in harmony with nature and environment and which creates a feeling of wellness. A welcoming, pleasant place, also spectacular and slightly amazing, where you may feel good with family or friends.
