clavius - skin - explo - house in the wood / saint petersburg, russia

This contemporary, multifunction house is situated in one of the most delightfully picturesque spots in St Petersburg’s outskirts – the village of Igora. With three floors, it’s the perfect size to comfortably accommodate a family of four. The solution, which was developed by designer Daria Maier, combines the finest materials of their kind with harmonious shapes and a highly practical layout.

Three collections of lamps for this sophisticated house. A composition of Explo suspended lamps, white finish, is installed in the dining room. In the main bedroom there are two Clavius wall lamps near the bed, the lampshade is composed by silken threads and with a chrome metal structure. Finally in the hallway of the house a Skin ceiling lamp in silver eco-leather is installed.

The interiors of this country family residence in Igora are a synthesis of charming elegance and comfort – making a harmonious space for a happy life, and unwinding away from the thrum of the city.
